Hello all. I am here, I am here! I apologize for the very late post, but I have been extremely busy and came down with the flu shortly after I arrived.
I am staying in a pension, which is similar to a hotel back home. I am staying in a large room with three other girls, and we are managing to get along so far. The pension provides breakfast in the morning, which is usually lunch meat and slices of cheese or a cup of yogurt. They also provide us with instant coffee and large baskets of bread.
After breakfast at 8:00am each morning (2:00am your time) I leave for school. I walk about four blocks to the underground metro, then two stops later I get off and walk another three blocks to my school. I am settling in, but it is still a bit odd to not have a car and to be completely submerged in a metropolitan city.

Thanks for posting these, Miranda. The square and the entrance to your school look very quaint and European.
ReplyDeleteI am so jealous. The photos are amazing! You are gorgeous and everything just looks great. But you know me bread and cheese IS a meal and walking streets like these is what we are meant to do. Enjoy.
